Alan Chen / TKC New York
Alan joins The Krinsky Company as an extended member of the team bringing over 8 years of experience leading growth efforts for best-in-class companies in strategy & planning, operations, customer insights, sales & partnerships, and corporate development. He most recently led enterprise sales for an integrated hardware and software IoT (Internet of Things) platform for leading commercial real estate owners and operators.
Alan began his career as an investment banker in New York for Thomas Weisel Partners (nka Stifel) and focused on technology mergers & acquisitions. After Stifel, he went on to Tough Mudder, a military-inspired fitness startup based in Brooklyn, leading strategic partnerships and launching non-core revenue streams. He also has consulting experience with Techstar's R/GA Connected Devices Accelerator and Oliver Wyman. Alan was a Growth Manager at Uber Technologies where he focused on operations and marketing efforts to increase driver supply in New York and also in Chengdu, China where he lived for 3 months.

Courtney Jaeger / TKC Washington DC
Courtney Jaeger provides industry research, commercial strategy, and real world healthcare perspective to life sciences companies. She most recently worked with Avalere Health to create core product offerings that would engage medical device manufacturers in cross therapeutic strategy development. These offerings were leveraged to synthesize a wide range of objectives into tactical plans that could support product launches, improve competitive differentiation, and support adoption of transformative healthcare innovations.
Her background in clinical sales and healthcare strategy consulting began at Medtronic in 2009 through 2018 where she was involved with minimally invasive surgical techniques and implants. This role included referral pathways research and marketing, innovative problem solving, and aligning hospital executives and health care providers around new strategic directions. Her main clients during this time were Johns Hopkins Hospital System, Georgetown University Medical Center, MedStar Washington Hospital Center, Walter Reed National Navy Medical Center, and Holy Cross Hospital (member of Trinity Health). Prior to her role at Medtronic, Courtney worked with AstraZeneca in 2003-2009 where she supported sales strategy of a wide range of pharmaceutical products.
During her career at Medtronic, Courtney received her MBA in healthcare from Yale's School of Management. During her masters program she focused on optimizing market access to innovative healthcare solutions in emerging markets and completed additional courses at universities in Istanbul, Berlin, and Shanghai. She is also on the board of Sibley Hospital Young Professionals, the not-for-profit, full service community hospital's board currently focused on improving access to oncology treatment for pediatric patients across the Washington, DC area.
Tricia Sullivan / TKC Washington DC
Patricia joins The Krinsky Company as an extended member of the team bringing over 11 years of health care, strategy, and operations experience. Patricia brings a wide breadth of experience from her work with federal and commercial health care clients as well as her work with several health care-focused start-up companies.
Patricia began her consulting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Patricia has worked with clients such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and Kaiser Permanente. Throughout her career she has worked to build enterprise risk management systems and with key stakeholders to document emerging challenges and develop business process reengineering techniques to remediate risks. While working at PwC, Patricia also earned her Master of Science in Health and Medical Policy from George Mason University.

· Forming project management office for large health care provider multi-year, multi-million-dollar program aimed at increasing IT efficiencies and lowering costs by 50 million over 5 years.
· Managing the implementation of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary's Program Integrity Initiative (PII) at two of the largest Operating Divisions of HHS.
· Led project teams through the execution of project plans by providing direction, budget and timeline management.

Meg Escobosa / TKC San Francisco
Meg Escobosa has 15 years of innovation consulting experience, focusing on the unique challenges of healthcare since 2012. For The Krinsky Company, Meg leads client engagements overseeing advisory board design, creation and management. She also leads industry research, expert recruitment and trend analysis to support corporate innovation initiatives centered on the future of healthcare.
Meg is also the host of The Krinsky Company's newly launched podcast, The Game-Changing Women of Healthcare, in which she gets the inside scoop from highly accomplished women on what it takes to bring to life new solutions, new categories and new businesses to solve some of the toughest challenges in the industry.
Most recently, Meg worked with a global health technology company to stand up and manage 5 advisory boards across Europe and the US.
Her background in innovation and strategy consulting began at IdeaScope Associates where she was involved all aspects of strategic innovation initiatives including understanding the voice of the customer, industry research and aligning the executive team to invest in promising strategic growth opportunities.
Given her passion for travel and foreign languages, Meg moved to Ivrea, Italy to teach English as a second language to middle school students in Torino. Upon her return to the US, Meg received her MBA in sustainable management from the pioneering Master's degree program, Presidio Graduate School.
Passionate about the potential for the sustainable business program, Meg helped launch its student services office, creating crucial career development and student support services and she co-led a business partnership program with entrepreneurial ventures and established businesses. These programs have been successful and endure to this day because they are mutually beneficial, providing valuable experience to students and practical expertise in sustainable business practices to the businesses.'
Meg received her BA in Latin American Studies from Trinity College in Hartford. She is also on the board of a non-profit foundation focused on researching and developing technology to support a sustainable society. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Jasmine has led many intrapreneurial and innovation initiatives in Fortune 100 companies, as well as accelerating venture-backed startups to scale. She has held senior marketing and general management operating roles with Sutter Health, IDEO, Johnson & Johnson, Yahoo!, and P&G. She has extensive and integrated customer engagement experience, in digital media and commerce, from health care & wellness, hospitality, to consumer goods, to deliver go to market, growth strategy, customer journey, strategic alliances, and all things in-between.

Bob Krinsky / TKC San Francisco
Since founding The Krinsky Company (TKC) in August 2002, Bob has led over 100 strategy engagements for Philips Healthcare worldwide; co-lead a 3-yr. marketing transformation for IDEXX Labs; delivered over a dozen growth strategy engagements for Quest Diagnostics CEO, lead the Key Opinion Leader Advisory workstream for Accuray in Vienna in 2014. Since Feb, 2016, Bob has been partnering with Dr. Kyu Rhee, at IBM Watson Health. He leads efforts to stand up and manage Advisory Boards and Innovation Councils across several market segments to drive both vertical and horizontal growth strategies. TKC is now a team of 11 professionals with a presence in San Francisco, Boston, NYC, Washington DC, Las Vegas and Madrid, Spain
Over the past few years, Bob has partnered with Bain & Company to deliver a growth strategy engagement initiated by Intuit CEO Scott Cook. Bob was the key note speaker in London at the global Innovation Conference for DeBeers Diamonds, another Bain client.
Bob began his consulting career with IdeaScope in 1987. Based in Boston and San Francisco, IdeaScope focused its practice on growth strategy and corporate innovation. In 1991, Bob opened the firm's SF office, became a partner, and in early 1997, was named President and CEO. While at IdeaScope, Bob initiated and managed an 8-year relationship with Hewlett-Packard, leading over 40 global strategic innovation initiatives across all business sectors and into entirely new categories of business. He also worked closely with senior executives at Motorola, P&G, US WEST, General Mills, Nokia, Schott Glas, Kodak Motion Picture Group, and Bristol-Myers.
Bob and his wife Sharon have two sons (Harry and Leo) and two dogs (Cubby and Cotton). Bob has been working out in a morning bootcamp for 11 years and follow's the NBA with deep commitment.
John Parsons / TKC San Francisco
John has over 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, creative direction, branding, copywriting, marketing operations, business development, and project/program management. He's been a Creative Director, a COO, co-founded his own agency, and worked with clients like Fender, Cisco, British Airways, Johnson & Johnson, Comcast, and Bacardi to name but a few. John's unique blend of left- and right-brain perspectives and skills give him a thorough understanding of both the creative and business requirements for successful marketing initiatives. For the past 20 years, John has partnered with Paul Huber to deliver strategic and creative solutions for a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of industries.
John is also a screen and voice actor as well as a professional musician. He stars in the soon-to-be-released feature film "Guitar Man" (winner of over 18 awards on the festival circuit), is the male voice of one of the top AI assistants, and has recorded seven albums of original music with his bands Rule of Thumb and Verst.
When he's not swimming in the San Francisco Bay or out on the town seeing live music, John is raising his three teenage sons in Marin County, CA.
Paul Huber / TKC San Juan Islands, Washington
Paul Huber is a creative director, art director, and graphic designer, and has been partnering with copywriter John Parsons for over twenty years. Paul has work with Fender Musical Instruments, Comcast, Adobe, Google, British Airways, Levi's, Wells Fargo, LinkedIn, and eBay, and has a diverse creative background, well versed and accomplished in the disciplines of branding, graphic design, advertising, direct and relationship marketing, and digital design and experience. He has also been fortunate enough to have received numerous awards over the course of his career—includingCommunication Arts, Graphis (including a Platinum Branding 6 winner), Print, Type Directors Club, Caples, Mead Annual Report Show, AIGA Graphic Design USAand The New York Art Directors Show—all of which can be found in cardboard boxes in his garage next to his spare BMW 2002 parts.
Paul has worked at various design firms, ad agencies, and corporations in St. Louis, Houston, Boston, and San Francisco, and now resides on beautiful Orcas Island (in the San Juan Islands in Washington state) along with his wife, Helen, and a manageable herd of cats.

Elena Foschi / TKC Madrid, Spain
Elena joins The Krinsky Company with 4 years of experience in program management.
Elena brings a keen sense of creativity and design, resulting from her immersive and cultural experiences. She is eager to apply her entrepreneurial spirit to healthcare where new patient experiences and clinician workflows are being reimagined.
Originally from a small town in the heart of Italy, Elena moved to Milan and graduated from the Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione with a BA in Communication in the Arts Market. After an inspiring internship as an executive assistant of the events director at the Superstudio Group, where she contributed to the organisation of international tradeshows such as the SuperDesign Show 2015, she started to dream about London.
While completing a Master's Degree in Arts & Cultural Management at King's College in London, Elena was heavily involved in London's art world. She acted as sales manager at the Gagliardi Gallery in Chelsea, co-curated the London Art Biennale 2017, and co-authored several publications on contemporary artists, gaining valuable knowledge relating to event planning, curating and art criticism.
Driven by her innate entrepreneurial spirit, in 2018 Elena co-founded and directed I-MADE, the first exhibition in London solely dedicated to the finest Italian interior design and decor, held at the Saatchi Gallery during the London Design Week. She developed entrepreneurial skills and gained experience in project coordination, sales, negotiation and budgeting. She directed a team of 4 collaborators and liaised with all subcontractors involved, securing more than fifty leading design firms with the likes of Poltrona Frau, Technogym, Molteni&Co, Driade and Cassina.
Elena currently resides in Madrid, Spain, where she cooks delicious Italian home cooking for her friends (or has been told so). She is passionate about musical theatre and literature Scuba diving and skiing.
Chelsea Ho / TKC Madrid, Spain
Chelsea graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Following graduation, she conducted research that focused on methamphetamine dependence at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in Baltimore. At NIDA, Chelsea collaborated with laboratories across the field of neuroscience, successfully designing and executing a two-year study that resulted in a co-first authored paper for Elsevier's Neuropharmacology. Afterwards, Chelsea received her MBA in healthcare management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business. During her time in the program, she completed an internship at Portal Instrument in Marketing & Communications. In those 10 months, Chelsea developed content aimed at chronic disease patients and potential pharmaceutical partners for Portal's social media accounts and conferences. She increased social media awareness and maintained relationships with patient advocates influential within their community.
Simultaneously, Chelsea completed a summer internship with Carescribr before transitioning into the role as a Marketing Strategist. At Carescribr, Chelsea conducted market research and physician outreach to understand and prioritize the optimal mix of product features to address workflow pain points. Chelsea also contributed to Carescribr's messaging strategy.
Chelsea currently resides in Madrid, Spain. She is an avid boxer which is why all of us at TKC honor each and every request as she begins to build our presence in Europe. When she's not keeping us all in line, Chelsea studies German language at the Goethe Institut in Madrid.
Panji Cahya / TKC Groningen, Netherlands
Panji is currently pursuing a PhD degree in Environmental Microbiology at The University of Groningen, Netherlands. Prior to pursuing PhD, Panji completed his M.Sc with distinction from Erasmus Mundus Master's Program across the UK, Portugal, and Spain. Being in the academic community, Panji has received different research grants and published several articles in Q1 journals for microbiology. He has supervised thesis dissertations of multiple graduate and undergraduate students. He also teaches molecular methods in microbial ecology and metagenomics modules for higher studies students at the university.
His PhD work exists at the intersections of the fields of molecular microbiology, bioinformatics, data science and biostatistics. This experience has trained him to be comfortable with numbers, develop deep analytical thinking and solve problems of big data complexity. He has used his skillset on independent management consulting projects prior to joining The Krinsky Company.
Panji is currently based in the Netherlands. Outside work, he reads, plays badminton and travels. He has travelled to more than 30 countries and is looking forward to adding more to his list.
Shanti Skiffington / TKC Boston
Shanti Skiffington is a senior associate and extended team member of The Krinsky Company (TKC). Shanti provides healthcare industry/competitive research and advisory board content synthesis and analysis. She most recently led a 6-month engagement providing comprehensive competitive intelligence with regular briefings for the number two player in lab services. Shanti brings a deep knowledge of healthcare, a keen ability to synthesize complex content, and is respected by clients for her clear, strategic thinking.
Prior to teaming up with TKC, Shanti spent 20+ years working with large and small medical device and healthcare product and service companies in the areas of messaging strategy, content development, positioning and branding.
Dan Packard / TKC Boston
Dan Packard is very excited to join the TKC team and begin helping the company as well as learning about consulting.
Dan is a rising Senior at Boston College with a double major in Biology and Philosophy. These two areas of study are certainly not a typical combination, but ultimately he hopes to eventually attend law school and find work that combines his passion for Science with the law.
With his science based background, Dan is very excited to work at a healthcare strategy consulting firm and learn about the business side of the sciences. At school, Dan spends his time running the Bioethics Society as well as planning on campus events through the Campus Activities Board. He is also currently working with Boston Children's Hospital, interning for an attorney who is a member of their Conflict of Interest Ethics Committee.
Outside of work and school, Dan loves to read, play sports and watch movies. He has recently become obsessed with golf, but based on his scores he should probably stick to watching it on TV instead of playing it himself!
Kayla Haeussler / TKC Chapel Hill
Kayla Haeussler excitedly joins The Krinsky Company team as an intern focused in aiding the team in market research, analytics, and organization.
Kayla is entering her senior year at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she is double majoring in Statistics/Data Science and Asian Studies (Mandarin Chinese focus). Her post-grad plans are not set in stone, though she plans to either pursue a graduate degree in operations or begin her career in data science, hoping to also take some time post-grad to travel.
Through past internships at healthcare clinics and medical device startups, Kayla has gained valuable knowledge relating to consulting in the healthcare space. She was deemed an Excel wiz by a supervisor at her previous internship, and brings additional analytical skills through other coding languages. Kayla has been taught slide deck design by previous McKinsey employees, as well as worked alongside many successful and experienced consultants. She pairs these technical skills with interpersonal skills she has gained through previous public speaking and leadership in clubs at her school.
Kayla has been studying Chinese (Mandarin) for the past ten years, and attempted many times to study abroad during her college years with no avail due to COVID-19. She participated in an exchange trip with a Chinese student during high school where she was able to stay in China for 2 weeks, and she is very excited to one day return to China to refine her language skills and cultural awareness.
In her free, time Kayla is an avid music fan and self-proclaimed "foodie". She loves attending concerts of all genres and is currently teaching herself guitar. She is always down to try different cuisines and loves finding new hidden gems across the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area where she currently lives.
Lori Sullivan/ TKC Phoenix
Lori comes to us with over 20 years of clinical, financial, and operational healthcare experience. She most recently served in an internal consulting capacity for a large healthcare system headquartered in Michigan. In this role, she led and mentored cross functional teams and executed a wide range of system-wide projects to help drive clinical transformation and achieve operational excellence.
Lori began her career as a CPA for Ernst & Young in its healthcare industry group. She then returned to the academic setting to pursue a new career path as a physical therapist. After 12 years as a clinician, Lori returned to the business side of healthcare where she leveraged her clinical and financial experience to help discover and implement best practices as standards across the healthcare system. Her work in this space helped the healthcare system achieve clinical and operational excellence.
Lori also gained experience as a Market Intelligence Strategist at NuStep Inc. Here, she developed strategic relationships with significant partners and customers to better understand key business drivers, help facilitate upstream marketing efforts, and support new product development. She was instrumental in helping to refine the target market and to develop sales and marketing strategies for new product offerings.
Lori graduated from the University of Michigan Ross Business Schools with a double major in Accounting & Finance. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Lori is a sport and fitness enthusiast, and she enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and skiing in her spare time.
Wendy Nielsen / TKC Las Vegas
Wendy joins The Krinsky Company as an extended member of the team bringing over 15 years of professional bookkeeping and business operations experience.
Wendy currently lives in Henderson, Nevada. She grew up in North Central Montana and has lived there most of her life. Wendy graduated from Northern Montana College with a bachelor's degree in computer information systems and has worked primarily as an IT professional and bookkeeper in the insurance, real estate and radio industries.
At TKC, Wendy has a blended role: part bookkeeper, part CFO and part Chief of Staff. Suffice it to say, she runs a tight ship! New to the Las Vegas area, Wendy ardently follows the Golden Knights NHL hockey team, swims with her 2 daughters and stays in touch with her 9 siblings.
Calvin Marty / TKC Chicago
Calvin joins The Krinsky Company as an extended member of the team to produce our podcast "The Game-Changing Women of Healthcare."
Calvin is a storyteller and creative with a wide range of titles, including Audio Producer, Podcaster, Composer, Musician, and Voice Actor. Among his current projects are the podcasts irRegular People and The Bite Size Podcast. The latter is produced for the Chicago non-profit Support Staff and seeks to educate hospitality workers on mental health and self-care.
After years in the music, acting, and hospitality industries, Calvin finds that the world of podcasts allows him to bring his many skills and interests together in service of story and human connection. Producing podcasts on various subjects feeds his unending curiosity; learning, he believes, leads to compassion. Upcoming projects include a variety show and multicast audio fiction.
Calvin holds a B.F.A. in acting from The Theatre School at Depaul University and is co-owner of the award-winning Chicago cocktail bar Best Intentions.
Meghan Roe / TKC Kalispell, Montana
As a conference coordinator, Meghan has coordinated events ranging from 5-375 people and managed budgets up to $55,000 for clients in healthcare, technology and education. She commonly handles end-end meeting logistics, including: offsite reservations, catering, group dinners, advisor travel arrangements, and expense tracking, including for Sunshine Act reporting. Meghan's strengths lie in her behind-the-scenes attention to detail and meticulous focus on providing a professional and excellent client experience.
Prior to joining The Krinsky Company worked as the Executive Director for the Montana Indian Education Association. In this role, Meghan plans an annual conference for 375 Educators working with Native American students. She organizes presenters and keynote speakers as well as an awards banquet.
Meghan Roe currently lives in Kalispell, Montana. She grew up in North Central Montana and has lived in Montana most of her life. Meghan graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology. She is a certified good listener!
